This website introduces our services and provides interactive examples. Workshop demonstrations use fictional information. Displayed customers, values, schedules, and results are illustrations, not actual client records, testimonials, or evidence of business outcomes.
Demo actions do not place orders, move money, send customer messages, or connect to your business systems. Examples are not production tools or recommendations tailored to your circumstances. Any estimated savings, timelines, or benefits are illustrative unless expressly included in a separate agreement; actual outcomes depend on the project and its use.
Services require a separate agreement
Browsing the site, using a demonstration, or submitting an enquiry does not itself purchase services or establish a project scope. Project scope, fees, timing, responsibilities, deliverables, ownership, support, and any warranties should be set out in a separate agreement before work begins.
A service agreement governs the services it covers. Website descriptions do not expand or replace its commitments. Contact us to discuss what a proposed service would include.
Enquiries and responsible use
When you select Send message, the enquiry form submits your message directly to NeedItBuilt. You do not need to open an email application. Please provide accurate information and only share material you are entitled to share. Avoid confidential credentials, sensitive personal records, or payment card information in an initial enquiry.
Do not use the site to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, impersonate another person, or infringe others' rights. Ordinary browsing, linking, and good-faith accessibility or security reports are welcome.
Content and third-party links
Website content, designs, and software may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may browse the site, share links, and use the demonstrations to evaluate our services. No ownership of site materials or third-party trademarks is transferred through use of the site.
Links to outside resources are provided for convenience. Their operators control their content and practices.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but content may contain errors or become outdated, and access may be interrupted. We may update the site and these terms as the offering changes. The effective date identifies the current version.
Use your judgment when evaluating examples and information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
