Need It Built (needitbuilt.com) is a done-for-you AI build service. This policy explains what we collect when you use our site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions any time: mike@bukata.com.

What you give us. When you request a free analysis or apply to our builder network, we collect what you submit: your name, email, optional phone number, optional company name and website, and the descriptions you write about your business, your week, and your work.

What's collected automatically. Basic, privacy- friendly site analytics (pages visited, referrer, country, device type). If we run ads, advertising tags from Google, Meta, or LinkedIn may set cookies to measure whether their ads led to a visit or submission.

We use what you share to create your free business analysis, to send it to you by email (and by text if you gave us a number), to respond when you contact us, to provide services you ask for, and to understand how people find and use the site.

AI processing. Your free-analysis submission is processed with artificial intelligence to help produce your report. It is used only to generate your report — we do not use your submission to train AI models.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your business details with other businesses. We do not send your information to anyone except the service providers below, who help us run the site.

Like most modern websites, we rely on a small set of providers to operate: website hosting and analytics (Vercel), database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), text messaging (our business phone provider), and AI processing (Anthropic). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

We keep submissions for as long as needed to provide your report and any services you request. Want something deleted? Email mike@bukata.com and we'll remove your information.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. You can opt out of any marketing messages by replying "unsubscribe" or "stop." Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws — email us and we'll honor them.

Our services are intended for businesses and people 18 and older. We use industry-standard security (encrypted connections, access controls, row-level database security). If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
